This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Items shipped within British Columbia are subject to 12% HST. Items shipped to any other Canadian Provinces are subject to 5% GST. Items shipped internationally are not subject to sales tax.
All purchases under $200 (CAD) will be charged $10 (CAD) for shipping within N. America and $35 (CAD) for International destinations, unless otherwise noted.
All purchases over $200 (CAD) will ship for free within N. America and for $25 (CAD) to all International destinations, unless otherwise noted.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and are insured and tracked.
Victory Barber and Brand is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In order to return or exchange goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and once authorized, must ship said item(s) back to us within 7 days.
Customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items and in the event of a lost package must be able to produce proof of delivery.
Any returned items must have their original tags attached and remain in like-new, salable condition.
Returned goods may be exchanged for another item or redeemed for Store Credit equal to the whole amount of said goods. Refunds are not offered at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. All discounted goods are final sale.
All international customers must clearly mark “returned goods” on packages and use a local postal service. Any items shipped back to us using UPS will NOT be accepted.
